Sandpoint Ranger District Travel Management Plan

The Sandpoint Idaho Travel Management Plan has not started yet but there is a proposed Lightning Creek Restoration Project that may have the same if not better opportunities to gain some 4x4 trails. Here is the link to the Sandpoint web site but I can not find any information about either on there.
